I swear there is nothing like having babies that makes the hands of the clock turn in overdrive. If feels like last month I met River for the first time during her newborn session. Her mama and I have known each other for years, and I am always so grateful to get to be a part of preserving these early years for their girls. Time truly waits for no one. Before we know it, our babies are toddlers and our toddlers into big kids. I absolutely love looking back after their first birthday and see how subtly, and yet how quickly they have changed over the last year.
These sweet sisters, I have no doubt, will be thick as thieves just as my own boys are. Secret keeper, story teller, and at some point the perfect shoulder to cry on. May you two always love harder than you ever fight. Sisters by chance, best friends by choice.
