What a year for babies! I’m not sure I’ve photographed so many little ones in an entire year let alone by March! I swear if I could clone sweet Rylee and have every baby in the studio just like her I’d be in heaven. She was honestly the most relaxed, easy going baby I have ever had here. thing ruffled her during our time together. Changes to sets and wraps didn’t bug her, but certainly these tight snuggly poses were her absolute favorite. I’m sure she would have stayed snuggled in that quilt for hours on end if we’d let her!
I was in love when mama asked for something different, a bit boho in style. Instantly my wheels were turning and my shopping cart grew as I thought of some sweet pieces to add to this session. I just loved incorporating some new colors and textures to this newbie session. I snagged that gorgeous quilt second hand and I knew it would be the perfect addition to my blanket collection. Little did I know at the time that it had dear Rylee’s name written all over it! The colors combined with the soft yellow wrap just made her fresh baby skin pop to perfection.
Just when I thought I had my favorite set, we’d try some others and I just loved each and every one. I loved the simplicity of her newborn session with minimal well placed props. Simple and sweet newborn sessions will have my heart forever and ever amen. Welcome to the world miss Rylee, it’s already a better place because you’re here.
