I think perhaps the most refreshing thing about January is the slow down. The ability to take a step back, review the year and look ahead to the new year with fresh eyes and renewed creativity. Perhaps my other favorite part to this time of year is the upswing in studio session. I would say predominately most of my client work is done on location, but you just can’t beat the option to stay warm when littles are involved!

This cool dude kept us all sweating chasing him from side to side of each set he was on HAH! But look at that adorable face! I love the simplicity this mama chose, not every one year needs a smash cake. Sometimes the best one year sessions are the ones in which your babe gets to shine through from beginning to end! Happy first year on this earth sweet Drake!
